ART'N'TERIOR

Order automation and integration with CRM. Telegram & Max bot for client qualification ART'N'TERIOR-architecture and interior design studio. Private and commercial properties.

  • Task: Replace the constructor with a custom solution
  • Integration: amoCRM-automatic creation of deals
  • Result: Qualifying in 30 seconds instead of 10-15 minutes
  • Save money: Cancel your monthly ad builder subscription

Constructor — was a problem

The bot on the ready-made constructor created more problems than it solved. Four critical bottlenecks.

Monthly subscription

We paid every month for the constructor, but the functionality was limited and did not allow us to flexibly configure the logic.

No integration with amoCRM

Requests were sent to the messenger, not to CRM. Managers manually transferred data — losses and errors are inevitable.

Unstructured applications

Clients wrote anything and everything. "Hi, I want a designer renovation" - and that's it. No contacts, no details.

Load on managers

Each dialog is a manual qualification. The manager spent 10-15 minutes collecting data for the first time, instead of closing trades.

Custom bot from scratch

4-step qualification scenario: from the first touch to the finished lead in amoCRM.

1

Greeting and topic selection

The bot determines the direction of the request via the quick-reply buttons: consultation, cost calculation, order status.

2

Request qualification

Sequential context collection: room type, area, budget, and time frame. Each response is validated.

3

Collecting contact information

Name, phone number — with the format checked. In Telegram, it is requested via the share button to exclude errors.

4

Transfer to amoCRM

Automatic creation of a transaction with filled-in fields, tags by type, and source. The manager receives a notification.

What has changed

It was

Become

  • Monthly payment for Yandex. Ad builder
  • Requests in messenger, not in CRM
  • 10-15 minutes for manual qualification
  • Loss of requests during manual transfer

Become

  • Zero cost of support
  • Auto-create deals in amoCRM
  • Qualifying in 30 seconds
  • Zero loss, all data in the system

Applications are received with a ready-made qualification, without unnecessary communication. The manager receives structured information and can start working immediately.

Technologies

The chatbot's backend is implemented in Python using an asynchronous architecture.

The stack:

  • asyncio, aiohttp
  • integration with the amoCRM API
  • native State System (FSM)

Features:

  • real-time processing of user scenarios
  • automatic creation of deals and contacts in CRM
  • support for multiple messengers (Telegram and Max)
  • fault-tolerant logic with error handling

The bot is fully developed without the use of constructors and adapted to the client's business processes.
