The company works with the use of 3D information modeling technologies-BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Project Description

The project company IDI Project approached us with the task of organizing the project company's office from scratch: design and deploy a local network, purchase and configure server and network equipment, professional workstations, implement a corporate cloud, provide data protection and secure remote access.

Additional tasks were: to organize full-fledged remote workplaces for employees and contractors with the possibility of comfortable work in CAD applications.

  • Security systems (ACS, video surveillance) have been implemented.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about users (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), which is collected by the website of LLC "KLAS" (TIN 7719815573) - hereinafter referred to as the "Administration", through the web resource https://klas.pro/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1. Processed data

1.1. We do not collect Users ' personal data automatically through the Site.
1.2. All information collected when using the Site is received and processed anonymously (hereinafter referred to as"Depersonalized Data").
1.3. Depersonalized data may include:
  • Information provided by the User through forms on the Site (for example, name, phone number, email address);
  • Technical data transmitted automatically, depending on the settings of the software used by the User

1.4. The Administration has the right to determine the composition of Depersonalized Data collected when using the Site.

1.5. The User provides optional information voluntarily. At the same time, the User agrees that such data may be available to an unlimited number of persons and become publicly available from the moment of their placement.

1.6. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided and assumes that the User acts in good faith, prudently and has the necessary authority to provide and process them.

1.7. The User is aware that the Site may use third-party software solutions that automatically collect depersonalized data specified in clause 1.3.

1.8. Third-party software may collect the following data:

  • Browser type and version, cookie;
  • Device data and its geolocation;
  • Operating system (type, version, screen resolution);
  • Information about requests (time, traffic source, IP address).

1.9. The Administration is not responsible for the procedure for processing Depersonalized Data by third parties.

2. Purposes of data processing

2.1. The collected data is used for the following purposes::

  • Responses to User requests and feedback;
  • Newsletter, including advertising notifications;
  • Conducting marketing and statistical research;
  • Setting up and displaying advertising materials on the Site.

3. Data Protection

3.1. The Administration ensures data protection from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal regulations.
3.2. Confidentiality is maintained except in cases when the data has become publicly available on the User's initiative or is transferred to third parties in accordance with the terms of the technologies used and software settings.
3.3. In order to improve the quality of the Site's operation, the Administration may store log files about User actions for 1 year.

4. Data transmission

4.1. Data transfer to third parties is possible in the following cases::

  • With the User's consent, including through the software settings;
  • As part of providing the Site's functionality;
  • In accordance with the objectives specified in section 2;
  • In case of transfer of rights to the Site to another person;
  • At the legal request of the court or government agencies;
  • To protect the rights and interests of the Administration if the User violates the terms of use of the Site.

5. Policy Changes

5.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Policy without prior notice to Users. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication on the Site, unless otherwise specified in the editorial board itself.
